The WinTCS product also includes a so called fax printer driver, which is being installed as a normal printer on your Microsoft Windows® system.

When you print to this printer from any Microsoft Windows
® program, a dialogue box will appear, where you will be asked for the recipient's fax number, and your printout will then be transferred to the TCS server, for transmission to this recipient as a fax message.
The security and privacy of your messages, both incoming and outgoing, are secured via a logon system with user name and password.

Each user can set their own password, without needing assistance from the system administrator.
