Tele Communications System
Imagine the possibility to communicate directly via Internet e-mail, fax and telex, without the need to leave your desk. This is possible today with the Tele Communication System (TCS), running on almost any UNIX based computer system. The TCS system supports both outgoing and incoming traffic and many different file formats and printers. TCS is built in modules, which means that you only need to buy the functionality you require and always have the flexibility to extend with more modules or users later.

TCS runs on any UNIX based system
The TCS software is especially designed for use on any UNIX based computer system, from the smallest to the largest.

	Integration with WordPerfect for UNIX and Uniplex When preparing messages for transmission you have the choice to use WordPerfect for UNIX, Uniplex office system, a built in editor or any editor/word-processing system with the facility to save an ASCII text or PostScript file.

	Address book for often used recipients TCS contains an individual address book for each user of the system, as well as a company wide address book, for easy access to often used recipients. Cover page and letterhead facility With TCS you can create customised cover pages, as well as send faxes with letterhead logos. These features will provide professional looking fax messages.

	Timed transmission For each transmission you can specify the desired transmission time and date, in order to benefit from lower communication rates outside normal business hours. Broadcast facility You have the possibility to create a mailing list, directly in your word-processing system, containing mixed e-mail/fax/telex addresses. This facility allows you to transmit a single message to many recipients, for newsletters, special offers and the like.

Automatic re-dials of busy numbers
After you have queued your message for transmission, TCS takes care of retrying the recipient's number until the message is delivered, or the maximum number of re-dial attempts, have been exhausted.

Automatic filing
All transmitted and received messages will automatically be archived by TCS, with access through easy to use menus. You will never need to remember reference numbers, as all searching is done on-line, directly on your screen.

Automatic printout
The TCS system can be configured to print all incoming as well as outgoing messages, on a specific printer. This means easy filing on paper, if desired.

Complete documentation in English
With each license a comprehensive manual is supplied, covering both the day-to-day use, as well as technical system administrator aspects like installation, upgrading and configuration.

API interface available
An Application Programming Interface (API) is available, in order for software houses and system integrators, to integrate the communication capabilities of TCS closely with other products.

TCS can be completely translated
All menu texts and questions can be completely translated into your local language. This means that country distributors can easily add new languages. Currently a number of languages are provided free of charge, including the primary business languages.
